Please note: Our return policy does not exceed 48 hours after delivery.
- Eligibility for a return, item label must be unbroken and in perfect condition as you received it (packaging intact)
- Customers’ bear the cost of shipping for returned items ordered
- Items must be returned within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- Items purchased within Lagos, MUST be returned to TECSURT within 24-36 hours, for prospective customers outside Lagos, a maximum of 48 hours after a phone call has been logged.
- Items must be unused and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
NOTE:
Most items purchased come with warranty, if for any reason you have a faulty device kindly visit the nearest OEM Service Centre with your receipt of purchase
Shipping Policy
We hope you love shopping with Tecsurt! Highlighted below are our delivery/shipping policies to guide you accordingly.
Deliveries can take up to 2 to 7 Business working days which is largely dependent on time and conferment of payment and your location.
- Tecsurt utilizes 3rd party logistics delivery companies, are such their may be a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, in this situation we update our esteemed customers on status of their deliveries accordingly
- Tecsurt offers free shipping fees on orders above the Minimum Order value (MOV) 100,000 in identified serviceable Areas, (Our Customer Agent will confirm these locations)
- Payment On Delivery is largely through our POS terminal (Our Logistics Agent DO NOT collect CASH
- Tecsurt reserves all rights to cancel, delay, or recall an order from delivery of the products, if any Fraud or RISK to the delivery Agent is established.
- Deliveries occur ONLY on Weekdays and only Saturday. We thrive to ensure Shipping and Deliveries happens before 5:00pm each day. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PMT). Orders you place with Tecsurt late on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
